would like to stay here on the next trip

I stayed 1 night in a twin room. The location is great, super safe which is nice. My room had air conditioning, a tv, and free toiletries. The shower was good too. Spa had a fitness center and nice public bath. Only downside, wish there were more choices for dining.

We enjoyed chilling by the pool and hitting up the local arcade. The staff was really friendly, and the amenities like the fitness center were a plus. Be sure to check out the happy hour deals at the bar for some great drinks!

One downside was the limited parking space. We had to park a bit far from the entrance a couple of times, a hassle.

The location was definitely a plus, especially since it's close to several attractions like the Mexican History Museum and Monterrey Arena. My experience with the staff at the reception was disappointing. I had issues with my key, and their response was quite dismissive, which affected my stay. Despite this, I felt safe in the hotel since they monitor who enters the building. Not the worst experience, but there's room for improvement.
